Our approach is to serve from farm to table, we use only the highest quality ingredients and cook them to perfection. The process begins with all-natural chickens, raised on family farm, free roaming, antibiotic and hormone free and with no artificial ingredients. They are then seasoned with herbs and cooked on our French-imported rotisserie machine.
Our specialty desserts are all made from scratch by our very well known pastry chef Alain. Indulge in a gourmet confection with these irresistibly delicious and elegant French desserts like creme brulee or variety of verrine (cake in the jar).
